Welcome to ULYFL!

The Upper Loudoun Youth Football League wrapped up a great season for 2017 and we are looking forward to an exciting 2018 Season!

This year, we are celebrating 50 years as an organization at Fireman's Field the Local High School and we are super excited! All coaches and training staff {that we pay} are certified in all aspects of youth football from concussion awareness to heat related injuries.

We also have Player Safety Coaches (PSCs) who go through advanced training with USA Heads Up to direct our safety initiatives throughout the league. We would like to thank all of our volunteers for the hundreds of hours they put in to make the league successful and safe as possible.

Our goal is to provide a competitive youth flag & tackle football league which emphasizes good sportsmanship, integrity and opportunity. These elements will not only help shape your son as a football player and athlete, but also as a young man.

What makes a good athlete?

Something to think about as the season is upon us ....

" Your son's success or lack of success in sports does not indicate what kind of parent you are ... But having an athlete this is COACHABLE, RESPECTFUL, A GREAT TEAMMATE, MENTALLY TOUGH, RESILIENT, AND WHO TRIES THEIR BEST ... is a direct reflection of your parenting"

Teacher, Duke University
